    • Provides a one-page report of wellness recommendations to help you focus on the immediate changes that will benefit your body the most.

    The Initial Consult is the first step - an all-encompassing assessment, including a comprehensive holistic health analysis and targeted recommendations to begin your customized nourishment program.

    Your 90-Minute Wholistic Nourishment Initial Consult includes:

    • Comprehensive health history.

    • Body composition assessment. 

    • Digestion Transit Time Test.

    • Explanation of Nutrition Response Testing and complete body scan.

    • Follow-up 90-minute Report of Findings meeting to discuss Initial Consult findings & recommendations for your customized nutrition program.

    • Dietary reference guide.

    • Cost ~ $260 includes both Initial Consult AND Report of Findings
